State residency for tuition purposes is now determined by the Residency Determination Service (RDS). The Residency Certification Number (RCN) you receive will be used to complete your 91快播 Application for Admission. Keep this number in a safe place 鈥� you will need it later! This step can take up to 30 minutes to complete, so be sure you have enough time to complete it.

Have your Residency Certification Number (RCN) handy. Click the Apply Now button below to fill out the admissions application. Don鈥檛 forget to click submit when you are done! You should receive an email from 91快播 confirming receipt of your application. If you do not receive an email, you did not click submit. Click Apply Now again, log into your account and click submit on your application.

You must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) if you want to be considered for federal, state, or institutional financial aid. Over half of our students receive some type of financial aid. Don鈥檛 miss out!

Send your official high school or GED transcript to 91快播, along with any college transcripts for which you wish to receive transfer credit. You may bring a sealed copy of your transcript(s) to Student Affairs or request the sending institution to submit them for you. Please direct electronic transcripts and/or questions about sending your transcript to聽transcripts@clevelandcc.edu.
