CCC is committed to course quality. To increase the quality of online courses and positively impact student success, 91快播 adopted the Strengthening Online Learning (SOL) initiative.

鈥淎t 91快播, it is important that our students experience high-quality courses and training, regardless of the delivery method,鈥� said Dr. Jason Hurst, president. 鈥淥nline courses are difficult for some students. I鈥檓 proud of our faculty, who have taken on the challenge of creating online courses that set up our students for success.鈥�

As a part of the SOL process, courses are rigorously reviewed against internal standards, called the SOLAR assessment, and reviewed externally by Quality Matters. Quality Matters is an independent organization that utilizes specially trained reviewers from colleges and universities across the country. Achieving Quality Matters certification is a major achievement for faculty that requires a lot of time and effort to be put into developing a quality course.

Recently, 91快播 became the leader among community colleges in North Carolina for course quality. With 37 certified courses and counting, 91快播 has more Quality Matters certified courses than any other two-year institution in the state. “By successfully completing the rigorous QM review process, our 91快播 faculty have demonstrated their ability to create an online learning environment that is accessible, engaging, and learner centered,” said Derek Ramsey, instructional design coordinator and Quality Matters coordinator at 91快播.

CCC intends to continue providing a high standard for quality courses in its mission to drive student success and economic impact for individuals and businesses in our community through diverse education and training opportunities.
