Small Business Center Opens in Kings Mountain
The Small Business Center at 91快播 has announced a 鈥淗ow to Start a Small Business鈥� seminar on Tuesday, March 12, at 6:00 p.m., at its new satellite office in the former SunTrust Bank building at 700 West King Street in Kings Mountain.
If you are considering starting a business, the presentation will help you understand what is needed to begin. Would you like the structure of your business to be a sole proprietor, partnership, limited liability company [LLC], S-corporation, C-corporation? Have you registered the business with the Register of Deeds office? Do you have an Employer Identification Number [EIN]? Will the county or city zoning ordinances allow your business to be located at your preferred address? How will you market your products or services? Do you have a business plan?
